BSR is a non profit charitable organisation founded by entrepreneur, philanthropist and social worker Nuzhat Baig. She is also the General Secretary for Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee working for Women Social Justice and Empowerment.
Our goal has been to make women independent by training them in different trades so that they can be financially independent.
We have been working hard on all the aspects of women's independence by providing them spoken english classes, providing them with training in mehendi designing, embroidery, tailoring, flower making, pot making, candle making, computers and beautician training.
We also provide education for children, organise health awareness programmes, medical camps for the families of the students learning and free medication.
We have been helping patients by providing them with blankets and moral support. We provide counselling for women fighting against domestic violence.
